General Policy

• Wbeds reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to stop the access to Wbeds websites or its other sales channels and the related services or any portion at any time, without notice, for general maintenance or any reason what so ever.
• Wbeds has the right to terminate the bookings and to disentitle our traveling partner from using our services if the travel partner fails to provide us with correct and valid information while requesting our services under this agreement and in case of any misleading facts.
• If Wbeds discovers or suspects at any time during or after receiving a request service from the travel partner that the request for the service is either unauthorized or the information provided is not correct or that any fact has been misrepresented by the travel partner, Wbeds has the full right to take action against the travel partner such as cancellation of the booking ,etc.. without informing the travel partner. In this situation wbeds cannot be responsible for any loss or damage that may be caused to the travel partner as a consequence of the cancellation or disentitle from our service.
• Wbeds is intitled to take all precautions needed to secure its own interest and that’s of its genuine customers and shall not be held responsible of any loss or damage from the precautions taken such as canceling or denying any booking on a suspected fraud transaction.
• If the Travel partners does not agree with all the terms and conditions of Wbeds then we could not offer our services to them.
• We go by FIT reservation system (Free Individual Traveler) which allows maximum of 8 rooms to be booked at one time. And if any reservation has more than 3 rooms booked for the same date of travel and the same hotel stay combined under goes group terms and conditions in which we have the right to cancel any confirmed reservation without intimation. In this case you are required to contact us to request a reservation with more than 3 rooms.
• we have a highly trained and professional support team that always does his best but in case of any situation that gets out of our control regarding the booking where we fail to honor the booking confirmed through online allotment received from the operator, Wbeds will immediately offer an alternative reservation in the similar category accommodation for the client instead. The agent then has the full free will to accept the new booking or he would like a full refund of the amount paid at Wbeds. However, Wbeds is not responsible for any additional services not booked through our website. we only act as intermediary between the service provider and the agent.
• Any payments done for our services and products on the website, the details you submit will be provided to our payment provider via secured connections (Ps: The cardholder must keep a copy of the transaction records and merchant policies and rules).
• The prices provided by the website are finite however in the event where government authorities, local governing bodies or service provider applies any additional tax, fees, service charges, resort fee or any other indirect charge without prior notification, these additional charges will not be covered by our services and it will not be part of the reservation amount paid since little we have control over such additional charges.

Wbeds will not be responsible for any kind of losses if, for any reason, the debit/credit card, billing address and/or credit card verification number which cannot be verified in a timely manner, nor are we responsible for any changes in rates or any other changes that might occur during the verification or the billing process. Wbeds makes every effort to work with hotels which provide an acceptable standard of service and accommodation for the price paid.

Wbeds will not be responsible to pay any compensation if we (the company) or you (the travel partner) are forced to cancel or in any way change your booking as a result of situations beyond our control which we, nor our suppliers, could foresee or avoid, even with all due precautions. For example, war or threat of war, civil strikes, industrial disputes, natural disaster or terrorist activity or others.

Please note that any cancelation on the behalf of your customers must be delivered from your end so that we can notify the hotels or the service provider even in case of no refunds.
